The GMB Method is made up of exercises from physical therapy, gymnastics, martial arts, and other movement disciplines that our founders have practiced and taught over several decades of deep study and exploration. We've refined our approach since 2010, working with tens of thousands of clients and constantly refining our programs based on feedback from the people who use them.
The result is an "physical re-education" program that you can apply to your own needs, regardless of your current fitness level or background. We believe that anyone can improve their abilities and bring more freedom and autonomy to whatever physical activities they enjoy.
