- Contributed on building Bravo inspection system that is used by large customers in the gulf (Riyadh airport, KSA Transport ministry, Eastern province municipality and KSA General authority of tax) as a front-end developer for mobile/web apps using React Native and Angular JS;
- Designed an extensible engine for rendering full-featured forms from a JSON description on mobile devices (iOS/Android) using React Native;
- Working on GUI form builder to generate the forms easily, while allowing the user to define forms with any properties, layout structure, and validations.

Description: Support Logic empowers support ticketing systems by AI and provides many insights for agents and business owners to make the best decisions and be proactive to problems.
It can integrate seamlessly with all well-known ticketing systems, analyze existing tickets and extract sentiments from the text to measure customer satisfaction, churn risks, and predict ticket escalations. Machine learning and AI are also used to recommend agents for which tickets can be assigned to based on many factors including availability, timezone, and ticket complexity. All the analytic results can be viewed on a light customizable very powerful dashboards.
