RealEstate App scrapes housing data from the web, finds the right owners for the houses through skiptracing and finds the potential sellers through AI for the US market.
The objective was to create an app to empower real estate investors to close deals without much hassle.
Here all the hard work involves collecting housing data, processing them and scoring each property based on certain parameters using AI and then providing that data to investors.
I was tasked with the design, development and deployment of this app as a freelance developer.
Communication Platform As A Service (CPAAS) is an offering from the company targeting small and medium businesses to virtualize their customer support services.
The objective was to create a web app to show the details of all the CPAAS offerings and enable the customer to add/remove services. Also, give analytics metrics and usage for the products for which the customers have subscribed.
Earlier there was no front-end web app to perform the CURD operations for the CPAAS platform. With the creation of this, even the analytics for the usage was available which was earlier performed manually.
During Covid, Companies were finding it difficult to track the physical and mental well-being of their employees. Employees were also facing hardships in sharing their mental wellness.
The objective was to create a web app to track the overall well-being of employees in an organization and refer them to counselor if they need any help. It was part of the Social responsibility program of Avaya and the entire app was provided as a free service to existing customers
Major clients of Avaya adopted this service where SMS was sent to each employee with a link to take the assessment. It will connect to a chatbot powered by google Dialogflow which asks a basic set of questions. Based on the answers provided it will ask a related sub-set of questions. Finally, the metrics will be logged into the database.
