Your Role

We're looking for a driven Front End developer to join our remote team. We are looking for a skillset spanning ReactJS, JS, CSS, HTML5, & Responsive design. You should have creative flair, coupled with a keen eye for detail to join us in a permanent role. You will be joining a remote product team from across the US and Europe to work on building new Web 2.0 and 3.0 product features for our core web property.

What is Decrypt?

Decrypt is a rapidly growing media company for the Web 3 age. What does that mean? It means we are both guide to this radical new space being built on blockchain but we also integrate this technology as part of our experience. Trust, markets, content creation, community and revenue streams are being re-invented and recalibrated. We’re looking to blend these radical innovations into high-calibre storytelling and product-first experience.

Your Experience

• You have a passion for web development in general - JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, ReactJS, and NodeJS are all part of your core skills
• You have strong experience with designing composable web views, building performant Single Page Applications for mobile, desktop and tablet devices, as well as designing, building, and consuming APIs.
• You are very familiar with website technologies and user interface design
• Ideally, you have experimented with the Web3.js framework and have working knowledge of how to integrate with software wallets, blockchain APIs and related infrastructure
• You possess excellent remote and in-person communication skills
• You pay attention to detail and have good time management

Your Responsibilities

• To work closely within our product team, you will be expected to have a keen visual design eye with detailed knowable of how designs may be implemented.
• Use your experience in both interface and layout design and a passion for creating outstanding solutions and continuing self-education
• To have and continue to develop an in-depth knowledge of user interface experience and to be able to apply this knowledge to creating amazing design solutions for the appropriate media format
• To be aware and remain up to date with all changes in technology and have the ability to apply these to provide our clients with a web ‘best-practice’ experience at all times
• To strive to achieve the most professional and realistic solutions, within budget and on-time
