Job Description:

Technology and innovation are absolutely vital to the long-term growth and success at HealthiPASS. As a Lead Full Stack Developer you will be critical in bringing innovative and high-quality software to HealthiPASS’ clients and enhancing their overall user experience. Reporting to and collaborating with our Director of Engineering, you'll work on driving product strategy and initiatives to scale technology, execute on roadmap, and build incredible products that provide transparency to patients.

As one of 3 Leads, you will lead a team comprising both onshore and offshore team members, solicit and encourage new ideas, best practices, standards to help set direction for your team. You will mentor team members, passing on what you have learned and perhaps learning from them as well. While we all do peer code reviews, the burden of quality lies with each member of the team and does not fall solely upon the Lead Developer. While you will be the team lead, we will work to make sure you can spend most of your time writing your own quality code and architecture.


What You Should Already Have:

  • 8+ Years working in a Full Stack role. From data retrieval to pixel perfect presentation
  • 3+ Years working with Node.JS API Framework
  • 3+ Years working with Angular 2+ w/TypeScript
  • 4+ Years writing optimized SQL with ability to advise on schema enhancements
  • Strong knowledge of the latest trends in HTML and CSS


What Would Make You Stand Out:

  • Experience with the hapi API Node.JS Framework
  • Experience working in an AWS hosted environment
  • Experience with RDS based MySQL
  • Experience with data stores outside of a traditional RDBMS.
