To be successful in this position, you must have at least three years' commercial experience using the above technologies and have had some experience or a real interest in developing high quality online interactive content.

Our Senior Programmer will be based in the state of Arkansas and work either in our offices in Bentonville or your home office and will report directly to our Chief Technical Officer who is based in our Dublin Office.
You will assist our internal teams with the assembly of our award-winning training material developing high quality E-learning courseware for some of our Fortune 500 clients. Our programs are bespoke and designed at our clients' request specifically offering solutions to their problems.

What can you expect from the role?
- To lead in the development of cutting-edge delivery technology for PC and mobile based learning
- To research solutions for challenging, time sensitive problems
- To help assemble award winning training material
- To understand client requirements and effectively utilize their architecture
- Developing courseware content and delivery mechanisms
- Developing internal tools and procedures
- Testing of courseware for LMS interoperability
- Working as part of a team with project managers, graphic designers, and instructional designers to meet delivery dates
- You must be able to communicate effectively with clients, senior management and our Chief Technical Officer
- You must also be able to document work undertaken on all projects
Requirements:
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
- Good understanding of JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, React or Ember etc.
- Good understanding of JavaScript-based build tools like Grunt, Gulp etc.
- Good understanding of JS libraries like JQuery, Backbone.js, Handlebars
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates and AJAX
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of SCORM, AICC, xAPI
