Pros
- Very dynamic company, no bureaucracy.
- Employees are opened to new ideas, focused on finding more efficient ways to do their job.
- English is a working language on every position.
Cons
- Not every aspect of business has a formal written document to work by, that can lead to some misunderstandings (for now, adaptation program has to be updated).
