Our "20-50 Qualified Leads in 30 Days — Or You Don't Pay" guarantee is subject to specific criteria outlined in individual client agreements. To qualify for any performance guarantee, clients must adhere to our recommended ad budgets, utilize our approved funnel structures, and maintain a timely response rate to generated leads. Guarantees apply strictly to the agency retainer/management fee, not to ad spend paid to third-party platforms.

    5. Client Responsibilities & Ad Spend

    Clients are solely responsible for all advertising budgets paid directly to platforms such as Google, Meta, or TikTok. Soshace Digital's service fees do not include ad spend. Clients must provide necessary access to ad accounts, CRM systems, and assets in a timely manner. Failure to provide assets or follow up with leads promptly may void any performance guarantees.

    6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

    While we utilize proven systems to generate leads and revenue, business results vary depending on industry, market conditions, and client sales processes. THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses resulting from the use of our services or advertising campaigns.
