    Любопытно) А есть в вашей команде семейные люди, которые успевают учиться, работать и по домашним делам поспевать? Самообразоваение в не рабочее время практикуеться, так?

      Есть семейные люди. Жестких рамок нет в плане дополнительного образования, если личное время ограничено, то стараемся идти на встречу и выделять рабочее время на это. Другой вопрос, что если сотрудник не заинтересован в личном развитии, то скорее всего мы не сможем плодотворно сотрудничать.
