1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, executing a proposal, or engaging Soshace Digital for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.

2. Services

Soshace Digital provides done-for-you revenue systems for real estate agents, teams, and local service businesses, including:

• REX Chief of Staff — An inbound revenue system that responds to calls and messages, qualifies buyers and sellers, and books consultations.
• Apex Booking System — An inbound revenue system that captures calls, missed calls, and web inquiries, and converts them into booked appointments.
• Pipeline Engine — A managed outbound revenue system using multi-channel cold email and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified meetings.

Each engagement is scoped and priced through a written proposal presented before work begins.

3. Fees and Payment

Each system includes a one-time setup fee and an ongoing monthly service fee as outlined in your proposal. Setup fees are due at the time of engagement confirmation. Monthly fees begin on the date specified in your agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Implementation Timeline

Target implementation timelines are 7–14 days for REX Chief of Staff, 14 days for Apex Booking System, and as outlined in your proposal for Pipeline Engine, beginning from the date we receive all required access, content, integrations, and approvals. Timelines may vary based on project scope, client responsiveness, and third-party platforms. Soshace Digital is not liable for delays caused by client inaction or third-party systems.

5. Client Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, necessary access credentials, content, branding materials, and timely approvals required for us to deliver your system. Failure to do so may delay implementation or result in suspension of services without refund.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Soshace Digital designs and deploys revenue systems intended to improve lead response, qualification, and appointment conversion. However, we make no guarantees of specific lead volume, appointment counts, revenue outcomes, or business growth. Results depend on market conditions, client industry, offer quality, and other factors outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All systems, templates, workflows, copy, and technology developed by Soshace Digital remain the intellectual property of Soshace Digital unless explicitly transferred in writing. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use their configured system during the active service period. Custom website builds (Apex) are transferred to the client upon project completion and full payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soshace Digital's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soshace Digital and its team members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Term and Termination

Agreement terms vary by system and are outlined in your proposal. Either party may terminate with written notice as specified in the applicable agreement. Upon termination, access to managed systems and ongoing services will cease at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees and any fees for work already delivered are non-refundable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
